A bathing suit– it is recommended that you do not use a maternity suit. Instead, buy a size larger Speedo or workout suit.

Water Shoes – to prevent slips and falls and provide better cushioning for legs during class.

Sport Bra – a Lycra sports bra is recommended under your suit for a little extra support.

Water – drink a lot of it! Before and after class. Being in the water actually dehydrates you. It is recommended to have 2-3 glasses 2 hours before and at least 1 glass right before, during and after class.
