Personal Training Options:
Individual - The ultimate one-on-one experience! You have all of the attention, so that your workout will be as productive as possible. Individual sessions are ideal for those with specific health considerations, absolute beginners, and the highly advanced. By scheduling time with a member of our Fitness Staff you will be held accountable for you fitness goals, not to mention all the motivation you could ever need. These sessions can be an hour or half hour in length & can be purchased in either single sessions or 8 packs.
Couple - Do you have a friend or loved one with similar fitness goals? Does the idea of personal training overwhelm you in the slightest? The Silverlake Fitness Staff is here to help by offering couple personal training. Plenty of individual attention with an added support system. Even if you don't have a partner in mind, chances are we do! Best part is...the two of you get to split the cost of these sessions. Couple training is offered in hour long 8 packs.
Small
Group - Fitness & Fun all in one. Our fitness
professionals now accommodate groups of 3 or 4! Making a pact
with a couple of friends and setting times with our staff is the
optimum motivator. This provides a great opportunity to get
together with friends and make up for lost time. Once again your
group gets to split the cost of these sessions. So, instead of
getting together for lunch and adding to the waistline, come
here shrink it! Small Group training is offered in hour long 8
packs.
