Session Structure

Personal training can be done one-on-one with the client, or in a group setting. One-on-one personal training is, for obvious reasons, more personable. The structure of a personal training session depends on the client and their needs. However, most training sessions revolve around three basic components: nutrition, resistance training and cardiovascular exercise. We start each session with a review of how the client is performing in each of these areas. If one area tends to need more attention, we spend the majority of time focusing on this weakness.

Programming gets confusing very quickly! However, without a balanced and well-structured program, all of your hard work in the gym could be for nothing.
