Trainers will set you up with an user friendly online
account to track your daily food intake

Record all of
your efforts both nutrition and exercise to be reviewed by a

Weekly Coaching
Session -
Develop the plan of attack towards meeting your goals (15
minutes)

meetings that get you thinking about health all the time,

grocery tour, dining out, strength training, cardiovascular
exercise, nutrition, portion sizes and more

Goals will be set each week during your 15 minute Coaching

Trilogy - Did someone say "BOOT CAMP"? All over the nation the most successful exercise programs are fitness boot camps. Ours is no different, this program will fill up each and every session. Our Boot camp only makes up one third of Training Trilogy. This program will give you the value of knowing and feeling like you have not wasted a single second! If you have not seen results, your workouts have become stagnant, or you want a fun way to get in shape, the Trilogy is for you. The series is for ages 12 and up, all members of all fitness levels are welcome. The three classes that make up the program are: Boot Camp, Interval Abs, and Endurance Muscle Pump. Register for individual parts or get a discount for enrolling in all three. Class is held on Wednesday evenings and space is limited to the first 30 participants. Fitness Challenges - Throughout the year Silverlake offers up a variety of fitness programs geared toward friendly competition. Check back in the fitness area periodically to make sure you don't miss out on any of these fun contests.
Youth Fitness Class - With school gym classes shrinking and video games at home, our youth is becoming less active. Well Mom & Dad, now your kids can enjoy fitness and fun all in one. Children ages 6-12 can participate every Monday and Wednesday at 4:30pm (classes end 5:15 on Monday and 5:10 on Wednesday). Not only will this give you parents an extra opportunity to get a workout in, but the kids will be running around having a ball as well. Notes: not all children will be productive in this setting. On those days when there is a large group, the class will be held in the basketball court. No pre-registration or sign-ups necessary.
Junior Certification - We require that all of our members between the ages of 12-17 be certified before they are able to utilize any machines in the fitness area. This is for their safety and the safety of others around them. These sessions are designed to give the young adult a proper understanding of the equipment and how to safely utilize it. The Junior Certification times can be found at Silverlake's front desk. Here each participant must be registered ahead of time. Only 5 will be taken around at a time, so sign up as early as possible.
