20 minutes using the step, 20 minutes of muscle toning and 20 minutes of cord strengthening and abdominal work with stretching. It’s everything you need to attain that sculpted, well proportioned look.
Beg. ST - Beginner Step
Introductory classes that provide the concepts and basic moves for step success. Focus is on proper form, technique and terminology. For beginners - very basic. This is a prerequisite to any of our step classes.

This class will target your lower body, qlutes, hips & thighs along with core-conditioning abs exercises.
BOSU
A great functional training class. This class has the benefits of a theraball cut in half and mounted with a stable base. You will perform moves similar to a step class. You will perform a variety of strength training moves that will benefit your core body as well. Finish off with a great abdominal routine.

BS - Body Sculpting

Improve muscle definition and endurance. The step, hand weights, tubing, bands, and barbells are used to achieve symmetry in all major muscle groups. Incorporate deep muscle conditioning into your fitness program to attain that sculpted, well proportioned look.

30 Minutes of basic cardio conditioning moves
followed with our famous Kick AZZ strength
training! Awesome abdominal work too.
60-75 Minute Class
CS - Cross Step
Hi/Low aerobics and step. This class has it all. The best of cardio combined. 45 minutes of step intermixed with hi/low aerobics. Finish with floor work and stretch. Fun and effective!

CT - Cross Training
If you want a challenge… this class is for you! Incorporate
advance step training with
intervals of body toning stations. Increase aerobic fitness,
muscle strength and muscle endurance. Not for the meek!

Double ST AND

Designed to maximize the benefits of cardiovascular conditioning using low and high impact moves. The exciting class is designed to give you a workout with the best of both worlds in mind! Complete with strengthening exercise for the thighs, buttocks, and abs. For all levels

Hip/Hop
Come and experience a breakdown of popular funk movement! In
this workout, you'll improve cardiovascular fitness, strengthen
and tone muscles while improving your coordination and
concentration skills. This class provides a continuous 45 minute
"jam session" where you'll learn various Hip-hop moves. Abs
included.

Kick AZZ
Strength training class for all fitness levels. Speed up your
metabolic rate and increase your bone density. Increase muscle strength, flexibility and endurance.
Class uses barbells with adjustable plates, hand weights and
bands may also be used. Burn fat and build muscle FAST! Great
abdominals at the end.
60 Minute Class
Kick Boxing

High intensity total body workout! A combination of hi/low aerobics with martial arts and the fundamentals of boxing, jabs, uppercuts, kicks (no contact) and basic athletic movements. Focus on cardiovascular endurance, strength, speed, agility and balance. Powerful abdominal exercises too.

Lift & Tone
Strength training class for all fitness levels. Increase muscle strength, flexibility and endurance. Class uses barbells with 2 ½ lbs, 5 lbs, and 10 plates. Hand weights, resistance tubes and bands may also be used. This class helps to speed up your metabolic rate and increase your bone density which is a vital factor for avoiding osteoporosis.
Mat Pilates
This non-aerobic class is based on power yoga movements with intense stretching and isolated strengthening moves. Class is dynamic and active and is also designed to strengthen and tone your core abdominal muscle groups.
MaVita
Using the hot new Latin/Salsa moves, this aerobic workout will
have you moving to a Latin beat in no time! Awesome abdominal
work, too!

The Mix
This class has it all. Hi/Low aerobics and the step. The best of cardio-together! 45 minutes of step intermixed with Hi/Low aerobics. Finish with floor work and final stretch.Pilates

This class offers you a body balancing system that strengthens, lengthens, realigns and defines your body. Pilates is an exercise-based system that aims to develop the body's "centre" in order to create a stable core for all types of movement. Eventually the body will move with maximum efficiency and minimum effort. Postural changes as well as increased flexibility are only a few of the benefits Pilates provides.
Resist-a-Ball
With a strong focus on balance and building core strength, you’ll also work your entire body! Improves alignment, stability, strength and flexibility. Hand weights, resistance tubes and bands may be used.
Sit and Be Fit
A gentle series of stretch, flexibility, mild cardio and toning ( mostly seated, some standing moves). Burn calories, build strength and improve balance/posture. Use light hand weights, resistance tubes and bands.

Combines the cardiovascular workout of a step class and the strength training of our Lift and Tone class. Heavier weights with shorter reps, makes this class intense and challenging. Includes abdominal work and stretching.
T’ai Chi
Uses slow , smooth body movements to achieve a
state of relaxation of both mind & body.
Teaches breath , form, body balance, strength and confidence.
Yoga

Yoga provides many physical and mental benefits, including improved physical fitness, mental clarity, stress control and general well-being. Yoga also increases strength by toning the muscles. Each class is designed to build the student’s strength and flexibility and inspire peace and tranquility. Yoga class is a place and time to concentrate on yourself, to workout, relax, breathe, and feel all sensations in your body and let go of tension.
Yogalates
This class combines traditional Hatha Yoga moves with Mat Pilates and muscle strength. 60 Minute Class
ZUMBA
A cardio-based workout with easy to follow dance moves. Using high energy Latin & international music to keep you moving. Guarantee to make you sweat!
