We’re bringing back some of our most challenging (and popular) afterburn workout from 2013-2015 to help you get ready for the summer.
Industrial Strength
Get stronger slimmer and more athletic. Heavier loads add strength without bulk.
Steady Burn
We will help you build and maintain muscular and cardiovascular endurance, through fun and challenging workouts that include higher repetitions and longer time intervals. We will check progress through periodic fitness testing.
Recovery
3o minutes of foam rolling, stretching and mobility exercises. A great way to cool down from group exercise or as a workout itself.
Boga

Boga Fit Mats have the ability to float on water making the most BASIC exercises challenging. This unique Aqua class helps to build core strength and stability in a whole new way.
