Lisa Caudill
Lisa Caudill has been at Silverlake since the summer of 2006. She has a degree in Business Administration from Northern Kentucky University and is CEU certified by the Kentucky Early Childhood Association. Lisa has been teaching pre-school and pre-k since 1995 and continues her education at early childhood conferences and seminars. “I feel lucky to see the world through a pre-schooler’s eyes. I couldn’t imagine life without the joys of children, their creativity and curiosities are amazing. Children share a gift with everything they say and do.” Lisa’s own two children have kept her and her husband busy through the years. In raising her own, she always encourages them” to be well-rounded, keep a good head on their shoulders and treat others with respect.” “My goal at Silverlake Academy is to provide a loving and caring environment for your child; an environment where they can learn and grow, socially, mentally and physically.” – Lisa Caudill
Lori Miller
Lori Miller has been with Silverlake Academy since August 2007. She has been teaching 2, 3 and 4 year olds since 2001. Lori is Certified in Early Childhood Education and continues her education yearly, through conferences, classes and seminars. She is also VIRTUS trained through the Diocese of Covington and CPR/AED and First Aid Certified for Adult Infant and Children through the American Red Cross. Lori , who has three children of her own, prides herself on encouraging a love of learning that will stay with children as they grow. Lori says, “There is nothing like seeing a child’s eyes light up when they learn something new!”
Dolores Carberry
Dolores has been with Silverlake since 2007. She first started out at a Front Desk employee and now has moved into Youth Programs for the past two years. She works in all areas of the club: Kids Club, After School, Pre school and Kids Quest! Before moving to the Northern Kentucky area, Dolores had been working in child care facilities in Massachusetts. Dolores’ Credentials: CPR/AED and First Aid Certification for Adult, Child and Infant, Certified in Child Abuse and Neglect, Health Safety and Sanitation and Appropriate Practices in Early Childhood and Education. “I enjoy coming to work everyday and seeing the smiles on each one of the children’s faces when I enter a room.” “I am truly lucky to have such a wonderful job!”
Kat Pisarik
Kat has been at Silverlake Academy since February, 2013. She has her Bachelor’s degree in English-Creative Writing from Thomas More University. Kat has earned her CDA and continues her education each year through training. She is also certified in CPR and First Aid. She has been working with children in a professional setting for 13 years and volunteered before that at a summer camp. “My favorite part of working with children is their light bulb moments; when something clicks and you see their eyes light up. I enjoy getting to be a part of that every day.”
Donna Roe
Donna has been at Silverlake Academy for 3 years. She has earned her CDA Credential in addition to 20 years preschool teaching experience. She is CPR/AED and First Aid Certified for Adult Child and Infant. Before teaching at Silverlake Donna was a teacher/nurse aid for a local pediatric learning center. She has 3 daughters from middle school to college graduate. “Everyone learns differently, I enjoy helping children find what works for them and make education fun!”
Amber Victor
Amber joined the Silverlake Academy staff in August of 2018. She has been teaching preschool and working with children ages 3 to 5 for three years now. "I value the needs of each individual child, and focus on forming relationships with them in order to provide a fun and friendly environment for learning." Currently enrolled at Northern Kentucky University, Amber is working on receiving her Bachelors Degree in Communications and Marketing.
